Angelus Trophy 二次選考通過者

 

2019年11月13日（水）、シャトー・アンジェリュス７代目オーナーのユベール・ド・ブアール氏による二次選考が日本ソムリエ協会本部にて行われました。厳選なる審査の結果、最終選考（決勝）に進まれる方は以下の3名です。
なお、最終選考（決勝）は2020年2月17日（月）午後、開催の予定です。詳細については追って発表いたします。

 

最終選考（決勝）は2020年2月17日（月）に開催予定でしたが、主催者審査団が来日出来なくなりました為、延期となりました。時期をみて開催予定ですので、決定次第お知らせいたします。

＜二次選考内容＞

 

面談（15分、ユベール・ド ・ブアール氏からの質問）

（１） Please introduce yourself. Tell me what is your current position and assignment. Also, your selling points as sommelier. And, what is your motivation in doing this job, in applying for this Angelus Trophy.

（２） According to you, what are the important assets, skill, a sommelier should have ?

（３） What are the most important criteria or the most important points you emphasize when selecting wines to create a wine list ?

（４） According to you, what are the selling points of Angelus wine ?

（５） If you win the Angelus Trophy, you will be invited to spend one week with us. What would you like to do, experience or learn during your stay ?

ユベール・ド ・ブアール氏総評：

二次選考に進まれた方はどなたも能力が高く、特にテイスティングに関してはさすがプロだな、と感じた。皆さん全員ぞれぞれの良さがあり3名を選ぶというのは非常に難しかった。最終的には、アンジェリュスで研修して頂くこと、すなわちアンジェリュスのチームの一員になって頂くことを念頭におき総合的に判断した。アンジェリュス・トロフィーを今後も継続していきたいと思っているので、次にコマを進めることができなかった方も是非再チャレンジして頂きたい。
